My No. 1 Pocket Kodak Camera
It was my birthday last Friday and I had a great birthday weekend spending time with those closest to me. I was very spoiled this year and among my presents was a No. 1 Pocket Kodak Camera from my Mom and Step-Dad.
It seems to be in great working condition so I purchased some film from ebay to see if it actually does work. I’m super excited to try this camera out and I’m completely obsessed with it right now. Even though I can’t do anything with it until the film comes in the mail, I’m constantly opening it up and checking everything out.
I really hope this camera still works because it would be pretty awesome to photograph people/places/things with a camera that is around 100 years old.

American Pie: Book of Love actresses photographed by Tiffany Alonzo for UGO Entertainment
Last April, I photographed the lovely ladies of the newest movie from the American Pie franchise, Book of Love. I photographed the actresses for UGO Entertainment (Hearst Corp.) and had a great time on-set! The actresses and actors were very down to earth, easy-going and very fun to work with.
I’d like to thank Scott Alonzo (my assistant that day), Christian Winthrop of UGO Entertainment, Greg Holstein (associate producer of Book of Love), all of the movie crew and PA’s who helped with the shoots and of course, all of the actresses I got to photograph that day: Melanie Papalia, Naomi Hewer, Cindy Busby, Louisa Lytton, Jennifer Holland & Beth Behrs.
The rest of the images will be released on UGO.com in the near future. I’ll keep you posted!
American Pie: Book of Love is said to be released on DVD in December 2009. Can’t wait to see it!

I photographed three female models last Sunday for a personal project that I call “RAW”. All models photographed in this series had no makeup, no hair styling and no wardrobe styling. I wanted to photograph models fresh-faced and in their every day clothes.
The images were done in simple black and white with no re-touching done to the models. We had a great time on set and the whole photo shoot took about 60 minutes! I’m very happy with the photo’s and plan on doing more of this series. View images here.
